The 520 carries certifications for the following IEC \u0026amp; DIN EN norms:  50155 \/ 45545-2 (railway approval electronic equipment), 61373 (shock \u0026amp; vibration), 60068-2-1 (cold), 60068-2-2 (dry heat), 60068-2-30 (damp heat), 60068-2-27 (shock), 60068-2-64 (vibration), 60068-2-11 (salt mist).   Additionally, the Type 520 conforms to EN 61326-2-3 (electromagnetic compatibility), EN 50121-3-2 (enhanced EMC protection), IEC 68-2-27 (shock), IEC 68-2-29 (constant shock), IEC 68-2-6 (vibration).
