Product Description

The SPECTRO-3-30-DIL-ANA is a compact, high-speed true color sensor designed for precise industrial color, contrast, and grayscale detection at short working distances. It uses a 3-color filter detector matched to human color perception and diffuse white LED illumination to reduce gloss and surface-related measurement errors. The sensor supports scan rates up to 90 kHz and offers flexible NPN/PNP digital outputs along with analog 0–10 V or 4–20 mA outputs for direct PLC integration. It can store up to 3 taught colors (64 in group mode) and operate stand-alone after setup via Windows® software. Typical applications include high-speed color verification, part sorting, packaging inspection, LED color control, and print or label detection.
