Product Description

The SPECTRO-3-FIO-UV/VIS-JR-HP is a UV-based true color sensor designed for detecting luminescent colors and markings using UV excitation and visible light detection. It uses a 365 nm UV-LED light source and a 3-color filter detector to measure reflected visible light and identify colors with high accuracy based on human color perception models. The sensor can store up to 31 taught colors, supports multiple evaluation algorithms, and operates with scan frequencies up to 35 kHz, making it suitable for high-speed industrial processes. It integrates with automation systems through RS232 communication and five configurable digital outputs (NPN/PNP) and operates on a +24 VDC supply with a typical measuring range from 1 mm to 500 mm depending on the fiber optics used.
