The SPECTRO-3-FIO-UV/OR-JR-HP is a high-speed, true-color sensor that uses a UV-LED (365 nm) light source and a 3-channel RGB receiver to detect up to 31 colors with high precision and repeatability. It operates with modulated UV light and is capable of scanning at up to 35 kHz and switching at 40 kHz, making it ideal for fast-moving processes or dynamic inspections. With its robust aluminum housing, built-in cooling, and flexible fiber-optic input, it is designed for harsh industrial environments and supports both reflective and through-beam sensing modes using quartz UV fiber optics. Typical automation applications include fluorescent marking detection in packaging lines, label presence verification in printing systems, and quality assurance in high-speed bottling or pharmaceutical sorting lines where color-based validation is critical.
