SPECTRO-3-DIL-SLE True Color Sensors (Slim Line Extended)

Price dependent upon specification — inquire below

Product Description

The SPECTRO-3-DIL-SLE is a true color sensor with integrated transmitter and receiver optics, featuring diffuse white-light illumination to reduce gloss effects and a typical measuring range of 0.20 into 1.97 in (5 mm to 50 mm) . It operates on +24 VDC (±10%) and provides five digital outputs configurable as NPN or PNP (bright- or dark-switching), with scan frequencies up to 35 kHz and RS232 communication for parameterization and standalone use . The sensor uses a super-bright diffuse white-light LED and a 3-color filter detector based on CIE 1931 standards, allowing up to 31 taught colors (64 in GROUP mode) with selectable evaluation modes such as FIRST HIT and BEST HIT. According to the detection range diagram on page 8, it has a typical half-intensity width of 12 mm at a 20 mm working distance, supporting stable color detection across varying distances. Typical applications include color verification on glossy or reflective surfaces, packaging and print inspection, part differentiation in automated assembly, and inspection of LEDs, displays, or other luminous objects in industrial quality control environments.
