Product Description

The SPECTRO-3-80-COF-d20.0-ANA is a true color sensor with integrated confocal transmitter and receiver optics, designed for precise color, contrast, and grayscale detection at a typical measuring range of 20 mm to 150 mm (0.79 into 5.91 in). It features a super-bright white-light LED with AC, DC, or OFF operation for detecting both reflected light and self-luminous objects such as LEDs and displays and offers scan frequencies up to 90 kHz in DC mode. The sensor can store up to 3 colors (up to 64 in group mode) and provides two NPN/PNP-selectable digital outputs (0V/+24V) plus three analog outputs configurable for 0–10 V or 4–20 mA signals. Housed in anodized black aluminum with IP64 protection, it operates on +24 VDC and is suitable for industrial environments requiring reliable, high-speed color verification. Typical applications include color verification in automated assembly, packaging and printing inspection, sorting by color, detection of contrast marks, and quality control of luminous components in manufacturing lines.
