Product Description

The SPECTRO-3-50-UV-JR is a compact true-color sensor optimized for detecting UV-excited luminescent markings with a working range of 20 to 80 mm. It uses 8 focused UV LEDs (375 nm) and a 3-channel color detector, allowing up to 31 colors to be taught and recognized with evaluation modes like BEST HIT and FIRST HIT. With a fast scan rate of up to 35 kHz and multiple teach-in options via PC, PLC, or RS232, it's well-suited for high-speed production environments. This sensor is commonly used in applications such as verifying UV-reactive adhesives in electronics, checking luminescent security features on packaging, and detecting invisible ink or markers on pharmaceutical labels.
