The SPECTRO-3-30-DIL is a high-speed true color sensor designed for non-contact detection of color, contrast, and grayscale using diffuse white-light LED illumination and a human-perception-matched 3-color filter detector. It operates effectively at distances between 15 mm and 80 mm, stores up to 31 colors, and offers multiple evaluation modes (e.g., BEST HIT, FIRST HIT) for flexible integration with PLCs or PCs via RS232, USB, or Ethernet. The sensor is capable of measuring both reflected and self-luminous objects, making it ideal for precise visual inspections. Common applications include quality assurance in printing, packaging, automotive trim inspection, textile matching, and LED or display validation across industries such as electronics, plastics, and manufacturing automation.
