The SPECTRO-3-28-45°/0°-MSM-DIG-VISUV is a true color sensor designed for precise color, contrast, and gray scale detection using the 45°/0° measurement method with a measuring distance of 28 mm ± 2 mm . It supports CIE color space evaluations including Lab*, LCh*, Luv*, L*u‘v‘, and xyY, and can store up to 31 colors (up to 48 in group mode) . The unit features 12 warm-white LEDs with interference filter, 4 UV LEDs, and 8 blue-light LEDs (D65 similar), with selectable AC, DC, or OFF operation for luminous objects . It offers a maximum scan frequency of 35 kHz (DC and OFF operation), typical switching frequency of 60 kHz, five digital outputs, RS232 interface connectivity, and TEACH capability via PC or external input . Housed in a sturdy black anodized aluminum enclosure with glass-covered optics and temperature compensation, it is designed for industrial environments requiring stable and repeatable color detection.
