Product Description

The SPECTRO-3-200-COF-ANA is a high-performance true color sensor that uses confocal optics and a white-light LED to perform precise color, contrast, and grayscale detection at distances ranging from 50 mm to 500 mm. It features selectable AC, DC, and OFF lighting modes, a 3-color filter detector mimicking human color perception, and both analog (0–10V or 4–20mA) and digital outputs for integration with PLC systems. Designed for flexibility, it supports up to 64 color groupings, PC-based configuration via RS232, and dynamic operating modes like "BEST HIT" and "FIRST HIT" for accurate sorting and inspection. This sensor is well-suited for industries such as packaging, plastics, textiles, electronics, and automotive where reliable color validation of self-luminous or reflective surfaces is critical.
