SPECTRO-2-FIO-(VIS/VIS)/(VIS/VIS) Two-Channel Sensor System

Price dependent upon specification — inquire below

Product Description

The SPECTRO-2-FIO-(VIS/VIS)/(VIS/VIS) is a dual-channel optical sensor system designed for precise detection and evaluation of surface characteristics using white-light transmitters and photodiode receivers operating in the 400–1000 nm range. It features flexible evaluation modes such as distance measurement, contrast comparison, and 2-channel contrast measurement, with high-speed processing up to 130 kHz and resistance to ambient light in AC mode. The unit includes both analog outputs (0–10 V or 4–20 mA) and digital outputs (NPN/PNP selectable), along with RS232 communication and PC-based parameterization via SPECTRO2 software. Housed in an IP64-rated anodized aluminum enclosure, it operates from -4°F to 131°F (-20°C to 55°C) and supports a wide range of fiber optic configurations and optical attachments. Typical applications include detection of glued joints, adhesive surfaces, welding seams, chatter marks, relief structures, and transparent labels in industrial automation and quality inspection processes.
