SPECTRO-2-FIO-(UV/VIS)/(UV/VIS) Two-Channel Sensor System

Price dependent upon specification — inquire below

Product Description

The SPECTRO-2-FIO-(UV/VIS)/(UV/VIS) is a dual-channel sensor system featuring two 375 nm UV LED transmitters and corresponding VIS receivers (475 nm to 1000 nm), specifically designed for the detection and evaluation of fluorescent materials. It offers flexible evaluation modes including contrast comparison (NORM), 2-channel contrast control, and high-speed operation up to 130 kHz in DC mode, with selectable AC mode for resistance to ambient light interference. The unit provides two selectable NPN/PNP digital outputs (0V/+24V) and one configurable analog output (0–10 V or 4–20 mA), along with RS232 communication and optional USB or Ethernet connectivity for parameterization via Windows® software. Housed in an IP64-rated black anodized aluminum enclosure, it operates from -4°F to 131°F (-20°C to +55°C) and supports remote fiber optic heads for use in hazardous or space-constrained areas. Typical applications include fluorescent mark detection, adhesive or coating presence verification, label and print inspection, counterfeit detection, and process control tasks requiring high-speed, high-contrast UV-responsive sensing.
