The SPECTRO-1-CONLAS-ANA-SC is a single-channel electronic control unit designed to monitor die-cutting processes in paper, metal, or plastic strips using laser analog light barriers from the A-LAS Series. It features high scan frequency (>500 kHz), is insensitive to ambient light, and provides 4 digital outputs, 1 digital input, and an analog output (0–10V or 4–20mA). Communication is supported via RS232, with optional USB or Ethernet converters. It allows precise synchronization between punching strokes and material gaps, improving process accuracy. All parameters are configurable through Windows® software with a real-time visualization interface. The device is housed in a compact, black anodized aluminum enclosure with IP64 protection.
