Product Description

The SPECTRO-1-500-COF-LAS-CYL is a single-channel contrast measurement sensor that uses a 670 nm class 2 red laser and confocal optics to detect grayscale differences with 12-bit resolution. It operates within a typical measuring range of 200–800 mm (7.9–31.5 in) and provides configurable digital outputs (NPN/PNP), a selectable analog output (0–10 V or 4–20 mA), and RS232 communication for parameterization and diagnostics. The sensor includes adjustable gain, averaging, brightness correction, and multiple switching threshold modes to enable precise contrast detection even under varying lighting conditions.
