Product Description

The SPECTRO-1-50-FCL is a single-channel contrast sensor that operates using a focused 9x white-light LED with a typical measuring range of 20 mm to 150 mm. It supports both AC and DC operation modes and includes advanced features like 12-bit grayscale detection, automatic threshold correction, and dynamic brightness adjustment. The sensor includes 2 digital outputs (NPN/PNP selectable), 1 analog output (0–10V or 4–20mA), and is configurable via RS232 or Ethernet using PC software with oscilloscope and data logging functions. It operates in environments up to 131°F (55°C) and is housed in a black anodized aluminum body with IP67/IP64-rated protection. Designed for high-speed, high-precision detection, it is well-suited for applications requiring stable contrast or brightness measurement, including self-luminous objects.
