Product Description

The SPECTRO-1-50-COF-LAS-CYL is a high-speed, single-channel contrast sensor designed for precision gray scale detection using a red laser light source with a narrow light spot (3 mm × 0.1 mm) and a typical measuring range of 20 to 65 mm. Housed in a robust, black anodized aluminum enclosure (IP67 for optics, IP64 for electronics), it features both analog (0–10V or 4–20mA) and digital outputs (NPN/PNP-selectable), with scan frequencies up to 175 kHz and switching frequencies up to 60 kHz. The unit is configurable via RS232 or Ethernet using Windows® software, enabling live diagnostics, data recording, and firmware updates. Designed with ambient light immunity in AC mode and flexible gain/threshold adjustment, it can detect self-luminous or high-speed moving objects in complex environments. Typical industries include automotive, packaging, electronics manufacturing, printing, and display inspection, where precise contrast and reflectivity measurements are critical.
