SPECTRO-1-50-COF-d5.5 Single-Channel Contrast Sensor

Price dependent upon specification — inquire below

Product Description

The SPECTRO-1-50-COF-d5.5 is a high-speed, single-channel contrast sensor featuring confocal optics, ideal for detecting grayscale variations with high precision (12-bit resolution) across a measuring range of 15 mm to 65 mm. It integrates a super-bright white-light LED (switchable AC/DC/OFF) and offers flexible signal acquisition modes for adapting to reflective or self-luminous surfaces. With selectable analog (0–10V or 4–20mA) and digital outputs (NPN/PNP), high scan frequencies (up to 175 kHz), and IP67/IP64 housing, it's designed for robust industrial environments. The sensor includes PC-based configuration software (SPECTRO1-Scope), allowing parameter storage, diagnostics, oscilloscope view, and firmware updates via RS232 or Ethernet. Target industries include automotive manufacturing, packaging, printing, electronics inspection, and display production, where precise contrast or brightness measurement is critical.
