Product Description

The SPECTRO-1-300-COF-d8.0 is a single-channel contrast measurement sensor designed to detect grayscale differences using a super-bright white-light LED and a photodiode receiver. It has a typical measuring range of 7.1 in to 33.1 in (180 mm to 840 mm) and provides 12-bit grayscale resolution for precise detection. The sensor features two digital inputs, two digital outputs (NPN/PNP selectable), and one analog output (0–10 V or 4–20 mA) for flexible integration with PLC systems. It operates on +24 VDC and supports high-speed scanning with switching frequencies up to 60 kHz, while also offering adjustable averaging, gain settings, and automatic threshold correction. Configuration and diagnostics are performed through RS232 or Ethernet via Windows® SPECTRO1-Scope software, allowing parameterization, signal monitoring, and data recording.
