Product Description

The SPECTRO-1-30-UV/UV is a single-channel contrast sensor utilizing 9 focused UV LEDs at 375 nm for reflection-based detection, with a typical measuring range of 10 mm to 40 mm. It features selectable AC, DC, or OFF light modes, 12-bit grayscale resolution, and supports analog (0–10 V or 4–20 mA) and digital (NPN/PNP) outputs with a switching frequency up to 60 kHz. Configuration is done via PC software through RS232, USB, or Ethernet, offering functions like averaging, dynamic threshold correction, and oscilloscope-based signal diagnostics. The device is housed in an IP67-rated aluminum enclosure (optics only), operates between -4°F to 131°F (-20°C to 55°C), and is optimized for industrial environments where UV contrast detection is needed.
