Product Description

The SPECTRO-1-30-UV/UV-9x1 is a high-speed, single-channel UV contrast sensor designed for detecting grayscale differences using a focused 375 nm UV LED array and a narrow slit aperture. It features both analog and digital outputs (including selectable NPN/PNP), high scan frequencies up to 175 kHz, and is configurable via PC software over RS232, USB, or Ethernet. This sensor is ideal for detecting luminescent markings, coatings, adhesives, or contaminants, especially on moving or reflective surfaces. Common industries using this sensor include automotive, packaging, printing, electronics, and plastics processing where precise contrast detection under varying lighting is critical.
