The SPECTRO-1-30-POL is a single-channel contrast sensor equipped with a polarization filter to suppress gloss effects and detect gray-scale levels with high precision using a 12-bit resolution receiver. It features a 9-LED white-light transmitter, supports both AC and DC lighting modes, and offers flexible connectivity via RS232, USB, or Ethernet. Designed for high-speed applications, it can switch up to 60 kHz and operates effectively in environments with ambient light up to 5000 Lux. Industries that benefit from this sensor include printing, plastic packaging, and labeling, where accurate contrast detection on reflective surfaces is essential. End customers often include OEMs and integrators serving high-speed automation.
