Price dependent upon specification — inquire below

Product Description

The SPECTRO-1-200-COF-LAS-CYL is a single-channel contrast sensor designed for precise gray scale detection using a 670 nm class 2 red laser and confocal optical system. It features a typical measuring range of 90 mm to 300 mm (3.54 in to 11.81 in) and a light spot size of approximately 3 mm × 0.2 mm, enabling accurate detection of contrast differences on surfaces. The sensor provides two digital outputs (NPN/PNP selectable) and one analog output (0–10 V or 4–20 mA), along with RS232 communication and configurable parameters via Windows® software. It supports high-speed operation with scan frequencies up to 175 kHz and includes adjustable averaging, brightness correction, and automatic threshold correction for stable measurement performance. The device operates on +24 VDC power and is housed in an anodized aluminum enclosure with IP67 optics protection, making it suitable for industrial environments.
