The PSE229 is a Circular Inline Wet-Mate Underwater Connector for in-line cable connection in subsea systems.
Available contact configurations: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 25 contacts
Electrical/environmental performance: up to 600 VDC; current ratings 10A; 10A / Contact 2: 20A / Contact 3,4,5: 30A; 10A / Max. current @connector / 50A; 10A / Max. current @connector / 60A; depth rating 8700 PSI (600 bar); temperature range -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C)
Construction highlights: chloroprene rubber body, gold-plated contacts, socket: Gold plated beryllium copper; Gold plated breyllium copper, inline cable: 3 x 18 AWG , 22 X 20 AWG PUR, 60cm; AWG 18 Neoprene, 60cm; Face View (Male).
Best suited for power/signal interconnects where reliability under pressure and corrosion resistance are required.
