The PSE228 is a Circular Bulkhead Wet-Mate Underwater Connector for panel/pressure housing mount in subsea systems.

Available contact configurations: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 25 contacts

Electrical/environmental performance: up to 600 VDC; current ratings 10A / Contact 2:
20A / Contact 3,4,5: 30A; 10A / Max. current @connector / 50A; 10A / Max. current @connector / 60A; depth rating 8700 PSI (600 bar) (4350 PSI (300 bar) for PEEK); temperature range -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C)

Construction highlights: chloroprene rubber body, gold-plated contacts, socket: Gold plated beryllium copper, bulkhead materials: Brass(BR), stainless steel 316(SS), anodized; Brass, Stainless 316, Titanium, Aluminum. Sealing uses O-rings (AS-022; NBR 2-014; NBR 2-017; NBR 2-022).

Best suited for power/signal interconnects where reliability under pressure and corrosion
resistance are required.
