Product Description

The Paquin P170 Oil Quality Sensor provides continuous, real-time monitoring of oil condition by measuring changes in the oil's dielectric constant (relative permittivity). Designed for use with both mineral and synthetic oils, it detects contamination and degradation caused by water, fuel dilution, acids, viscosity changes, carbon buildup, and wear particles. With a simple 0–10 VDC analog output, adjustable sensitivity settings, and rugged IP68-rated construction, the P170 helps reduce unplanned downtime, optimize maintenance schedules, and extend equipment life in engines, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, and transformers.
