Product Description

The M-LAS-10-RFX-VIS is a compact reflex laser light barrier that offers high precision detection with a visible red 650 nm laser and a tight beam divergence of less than 1 mrad, making it ideal for fine object detection in constrained spaces. Its durable IP67-rated aluminum housing and scratch-resistant glass optics ensure reliability in harsh industrial environments, including those with high dust or moisture exposure. The sensor achieves a typical resolution of 0.02 mm and can detect objects as small as 0.03 mm at distances up to 800 mm, making it suitable for precision tasks in electronics assembly, fine wire detection, or label edge sensing. Operating in pulsating light mode at 100 kHz, it connects to the M-CON4-10-RFX-VIS control unit via an 8-pole Binder 712 connector and is designed for integration, not standalone use. This sensor is well-suited for applications in automation, packaging, robotics, and small-part inspection where non-contact, high-resolution detection is required.
