The L-LAS-TB-8-CON1 is a laser line sensor system designed for precise measurement and position detection tasks. It features a Class 1 visible red laser (670 nm) with a typical resolution of 1 μm and an 8 mm measuring range. The system includes a CCD line detector with 1024 pixels and integrated subpixel processing. It offers analog (0–10 V or 4–20 mA) and digital outputs, along with RS232, USB, or Ethernet connectivity. Sensitivity and tolerance can be adjusted via a TEACH button, potentiometer, or PC software. Common applications include foil edge monitoring and positioning checks in high-precision industrial processes.
