The L-LAS-TB-75-AL-SC is a high-precision spray jet profile sensor system consisting of a transmitter (L-LAS-TB-75-T-AL-SC) and receiver (L-LAS-TB-75-R-AL-SC), designed for non-contact monitoring and evaluation of spray patterns. It operates as a through-beam laser line sensor with a 75 mm light curtain, offering a typical measuring range of 73 mm and resolution of 64 µm. The system supports a working distance of up to 2000 mm and a switching frequency of up to 1 kHz, with a built-in interference filter and 1180-pixel line detector. Output options include 0–10V or 4–20 mA analog signals, 3 digital outputs, and 2 digital inputs, all configurable via Windows® software. Visual feedback is provided through four dual-color LEDs, indicating status and tolerance thresholds. Housed in anodized black aluminum and rated IP67, the unit is built for industrial environments and is compatible with optional accessories such as mounting plates and a blast air top for cleaning optics.
