Product Description

The L-LAS-TB-50-MS/MA is a high-precision laser line sensor system consisting of a transmitter and master/slave receivers that create a visible 50 mm light curtain for non-contact measurement and detection. It uses a 670 nm Class 1 laser with a CCD line detector to achieve a typical measuring range of 48 mm and a fine resolution of 8 μm, making it suitable for precise dimensional and position monitoring. The sensor offers flexible integration with analog outputs (0–10 V or 4–20 mA), digital outputs configurable as PNP or NPN, and RS232 communication for setup via Windows software, all housed in a rugged black anodized aluminum enclosure with IP54/IP67 protection . Typical applications include edge detection, thickness or diameter measurement, gap and presence verification, and quality control in automated manufacturing, packaging lines, and material handling systems where accurate, high-speed optical measurement is required.
