The L-LAS-TB-100-AL from the L-LAS Series is a Class 1 laser line sensor system consisting of a transmitter (L-LAS-TB-100-T-AL) and receiver (L-LAS-TB-100-R-AL) designed for high-precision dimensional measurement applications. It features a 670 nm semiconductor line laser (<0.39 mW) with a typical measuring range of 98 mm and a working distance up to 2000 mm (78.7 inches), delivering resolution down to 8 µm in Normal Speed mode. The sensor utilizes a 1536-pixel CCD line detector with integrated interference filtering and offers selectable scan frequencies up to 1.2 kHz (high resolution) or 2 kHz (fast mode). Outputs include one configurable analog output (0–10 V or 4–20 mA), three digital outputs with selectable PNP bright-switching/NPN dark-switching or PNP dark-switching/NPN bright-switching (100 mA, short-circuit proof), and two digital inputs for external trigger and teach/reset functions. Housed in black anodized aluminum with IP54 (electronics) and IP67 (optics) protection, the system operates from 14°F to 122°F (-10°C to +50°C) on 24 VDC power and is parameterized via Windows® software (L-LAS-TB-Scope V5.0) through RS232, USB, or Ethernet connectivity.
