Product Description

The L-LAS-RL-40-CL is a reflected light line sensor designed for position and width measurement, featuring a 40 mm typical measuring range at a 100 mm reference distance . It utilizes a CCD line detector with 512 pixels (4096 subpixels), offering a typical resolution of 40 μm and a minimum detectable object size of 0.2 mm . The sensor is available in white, red, blue, or UV LED versions with corresponding optical filters and includes ring illumination with 9 LEDs . It operates on +24 VDC and provides three configurable digital outputs (PNP bright-switching/NPN dark-switching or PNP dark-switching/NPN bright-switching) plus one selectable analog output (0–10 V or 4–20 mA) . The unit features IP64 electronics (IP67 optics), a rugged black anodized aluminum housing, RS232 communication with Windows® software parameterization, and a maximum scan frequency of 750 Hz .
