Product Description

The L-LAS-RL-20-CL is a reflected light line sensor designed for precise position and width detection of objects within a 20 mm measuring range at a reference distance of 55 mm (2.17 in) . It features a CCD line detector with 512 pixels (4096 subpixels), offering a typical resolution of 20 μm and a minimum detectable object size of 0.1 mm . The sensor uses ring illumination with 9 LEDs and is available in white, red, blue, or UV light filter variants to suit different surface and application requirements . Electrical connectivity includes three configurable digital outputs (PNP/NPN, bright/dark switching), two digital inputs, and one selectable analog output (0–10 V or 4–20 mA), with RS232 communication and Windows® parameterization . Housed in black anodized aluminum with IP64 electronics and IP67 optics protection, the unit operates on 24 VDC and supports scan frequencies up to 750 Hz .
