Product Description

The L-LAS-LT-50-AL is a Class 1, 670 nm red line laser sensor designed for high-precision measurement applications, featuring a 50 mm reference distance and a typical 38 mm measuring range . It provides a fine resolution of 10 µm with ±10 µm reproducibility and supports both 0–10 V and 4–20 mA analog outputs, along with three digital outputs configurable as PNP bright-switching/NPN dark-switching or PNP dark-switching/NPN bright-switching . The sensor operates at measuring frequencies up to 2 kHz (Normal Speed) or 3.8 kHz (Fast Speed) and is housed in black anodized aluminum with IP64 electronics and IP67 optics protection tolerance windows . Typical uses include precision thickness measurement, edge detection, height profiling, and in-line dimensional inspection in automated manufacturing and quality control systems where fast, non-contact measurement is required.
