Product Description

The L-LAS-LT-350-SL is a slim-line laser triangulation sensor featuring a Class 2, 670 nm semiconductor laser with a 350 mm reference distance and a typical 510 mm measuring range (approximately 3.5 into 23.6 in), delivering 150 µm resolution and ±150 µm reproducibility. It is available with either a laser spot (Ø 0.3 mm) or laser line (0.3 mm x 3 mm) and provides both analog outputs (4–20 mA and 0–10 V) and configurable PNP/NPN digital outputs for tolerance monitoring. The sensor operates on 24 VDC with RS232 communication (USB/Ethernet via converter), offers up to 2 kHz scan frequency, and is housed in black anodized aluminum with IP54 (electronics) and IP67 (optics) protection. Typical applications include non-contact distance and thickness measurement, position and height control, web edge or loop monitoring, and in-line quality inspection in industrial automation systems.
