The L-LAS-LT-180-SL is a slim laser triangulation sensor designed for precise distance and position measurement in industrial applications. It features a reference distance of 180 mm (7.09 in) and a typical measuring range of 240 mm (9.45 in), with measurement starting around 60 mm (2.36 in) and ending near 300 mm (11.81 in) from the housing edge. The sensor provides typical resolution of 60 µm (0.0024 in) with ±60 µm reproducibility, using a CMOS line detector with 512 pixels and 4096 subpixels for accurate measurement. It offers multiple outputs including analog outputs (0–10 V and 4–20 mA) and digital outputs configurable as PNP bright-switching/NPN dark-switching or PNP dark-switching/NPN bright-switching, along with an RS232 interface for configuration through Windows® software. Housed in anodized aluminum with IP54 electronics and IP67 optics protection, the sensor supports scan frequencies up to 2 kHz (3.3 kHz max) and is available with either a laser spot (Class 1) or laser line (Class 2) emitter depending on the model variant.
