Product Description

The L-LAS-LT-165-AL is a laser line sensor from the L-LAS Series (Advanced Line) designed for precise distance and position measurement using a 670 nm Class 2 semiconductor laser with a typical 200 mm measuring range. It features a reference distance of 160 mm, a typical resolution of 60 μm, and reproducibility of ±60 μm, providing high measurement accuracy within its operating range . The sensor includes one analog output (0–10 V or 4–20 mA) and three digital outputs configurable as PNP bright-switching/NPN dark-switching or PNP dark-switching/NPN bright-switching, along with two digital inputs for trigger and teach/reset functions . Housed in black anodized aluminum with IP64 electronics and IP67 optics protection, it operates on 24 VDC and supports measuring frequencies up to 3.8 kHz in fast mode . Parameterization is completed through the Windows® L-LAS-LT-Scope software via RS232, USB, or Ethernet connection, allowing adjustment of laser power, output polarity, evaluation modes, and tolerance settings.
