Product Description

The L-LAS-LT-130-SL is a slim-line laser triangulation sensor designed for precise non-contact distance measurement, featuring a Class 1, 670 nm semiconductor laser with a maximum output of <0.39 mW . It offers a reference distance of 125 mm (4.92 in) and a typical measuring range of 150 mm (5.91 in), operating from 50 mm (1.97 in) to 200 mm (7.87 in) from the housing edge . The sensor provides a typical resolution of 40 µm with ±40 µm reproducibility and up to 2 kHz (3.3 kHz max) scan frequency for high-speed applications . Available in spot (-P, Ø 0.3 mm) or line (-L, 0.3 mm x 3 mm) versions, it includes both 0–10 V and 4–20 mA analog outputs, plus configurable PNP/NPN digital outputs adjustable via Windows® software . Housed in black anodized aluminum with IP54 electronics and IP67 optics protection, the unit operates from 14°F to 122°F (-10°C to +50°C) on 24 VDC power and interfaces via RS232, USB, or Ethernet options.
