The FLB-CON1-Q-ANA is an electronic control unit designed for use with specific FLB and TLB series frame light barrier sensors, capable of detecting objects as small as 50 μm. It offers both digital switching outputs (PNP/NPN, bright/dark switching) and an analog output (0–10V), with adjustable sensitivity and pulse length via 5-step switches. The unit features LEDs for switching state and dirt accumulation indication, and operates at a typical switching frequency of 1 kHz, within a temperature range of -4°F to 140°F (-20°C to +60°C). Housed in an anodized aluminum enclosure rated IP64, it is suited for applications requiring precise part detection and monitoring in industrial automation and quality control environments. The FLB-CON1-Q-ANA is compatible with various sensor frontends, such as SLB and FKB models, and is commonly used in production lines to detect small parts or contaminants with dynamic or static sensing configurations.
