The FLB-CON1-15kHz is an electronic control unit for frame light barrier sensors, designed for applications such as high-speed object detection, small part counting, quality inspection, and automated production processes requiring precise sensing. It can detect very small objects down to 100 µm and operates at a typical switching frequency of 15 kHz, making it suitable for fast-moving industrial environments. The unit offers configurable PNP or NPN switching outputs (PNP bright-switching / NPN dark-switching, with optional inverse outputs) and an optional 0–10 V analog output for integration with control systems. It also features adjustable sensitivity and pulse length, LED status indicators, and a durable anodized aluminum IP64 housing.
