The FIA-L-08-d0.2-...-C-RL is a compact fork light barrier sensor series featuring a visible red Class 1 laser with a fine 0.2 mm beam and integrated amplifier electronics, optimized for high-precision object detection down to 0.2 mm and repeatability of 5 μm. Designed for durability, it includes a black anodized aluminum housing, scratch-resistant optics, and oil-resistant PUR cable, with an IP67 rating for industrial environments. The sensor provides two configurable outputs with PNP or NPN logic options and supports high-speed detection with a typical switching frequency of 50 kHz. It is available in multiple fork sizes (10 mm to 60 mm width and 15 mm to 80 mm depth) and can be configured with various tool plug connectors (TP, TPO, or TPX) for flexible integration. Typical applications include edge guiding, label detection, high-speed counting, and part presence verification in automation, packaging, and electronics manufacturing environments.
