The AGL4-HS-500kHz-24V_LED from the A-LAS Series is a high-speed analog laser light barrier controller designed for precise object detection down to 10 µm, with a typical switching frequency of 500 kHz and analog bandwidths of 500 kHz (voltage) and 100 kHz (current). It offers both static and dynamic digital outputs, as well as analog outputs (0–10V and 4–20mA), with adjustable gain and threshold settings via integrated potentiometers and jumpers. Its alignment LED and dirt accumulation indicators support maintenance and ensure operational reliability, especially in dusty environments. The unit features an anodized aluminum housing (IP64 rated), operates in temperatures from -4°F to 140°F (-20°C to 60°C), and is compatible with various A-LAS sensor frontends and PLCs via Binder Series 712 connectors.
