The AGL4-HS-500kHz-24V_LED is a high-speed control unit for A-LAS analog laser light barriers, capable of detecting objects as small as 10 μm with high precision and operates on 24VDC while providing both analog outputs (0–10V, 4–20 mA) and digital outputs with configurable NPN or PNP switching. It features a 500 kHz switching frequency and high analog bandwidth, making it ideal for fast, high-resolution sensing applications, along with adjustable gain and threshold and LED indicators for alignment, switching status, and dirt accumulation monitoring. Housed in anodized aluminum with an IP64 rating, it operates from -4°F to 140°F (-20°C to 60°C) and integrates easily with PLC systems using standard connectors and cabling. Typical applications include precision part detection, edge and gap measurement, and monitoring of fine wires or fast-moving objects in automated manufacturing environments.
