The A-LAS-F12 is a compact analog laser light barrier with a visible red Class 1 laser (670 nm) that provides a 0–10 V output signal when used with compatible control units, and offers a measuring range up to 6.5 mm depending on aperture selection. It features a durable anodized aluminum housing with IP67 protection, multiple aperture and fork size options, and resistance to ambient light via integrated optical filtering. The sensor is designed for precise detection of small objects, with high reproducibility and sensitivity suitable for fine measurement and quality control tasks. Typical applications include part presence detection, edge and position monitoring, thickness measurement, and high-precision inspection in automated manufacturing and assembly systems.
