The A-LAS-CON1 is a precision electronic control unit designed to interface with up to two A-LAS analog laser sensors, enabling high-speed object detection and thickness measurement in the micrometer range. With a switching frequency up to 25 kHz and configurable outputs (digital and analog: 0–10V or 4–20mA), it supports applications requiring tight tolerance band monitoring and real-time feedback. It includes features such as teach/reset functions, software-configurable trigger thresholds, and dirt accumulation compensation to maintain reliability in harsh environments.
