Product Description

Multi-functional safety and shut-off block assembly engineered to safely isolate, relieve, and discharge hydraulic pressure from 1-quart to 15-gallon accumulators operating up to 5,800 PSI. Essential for complying with pressure vessel safety regulations, system testing, and routine maintenance.

Order includes:

• 1 x 90° Full-Orifice Ball Valve (Isolates accumulator from system)

• 1 x Manually-Operated Bleed Valve (Safely depressurizes vessel)

• 1 x Adjustable Pressure Relief Valve (Protects system from over-pressurization)

• 1 x Optional Female Port for Pressure Gauge Mounting
  

Designed for direct inline installation between the hydraulic system and accumulator oil port. Solenoid-operated dump valves and lock-out plates are available upon request.
