The SPECTRO-1-FIO-UV-365/LP400-HP is a single-channel UV sensor designed for detecting luminescent materials using a 365 nm UV LED and a receiver with a 400 nm long-pass filter. It operates over a typical working range of 1 mm to 100 mm, depending on the fiber optics and optical frontends used. The sensor provides high-speed performance with scan frequencies up to 175 kHz and supports both digital (NPN/PNP, switchable) and analog (0–10V or 4–20mA) outputs. Configuration is performed via the included SPECTRO1-Scope software, which allows parameterization, oscilloscope viewing, and data recording through RS232, USB, or Ethernet interfaces. The unit is built into a rugged, black-anodized aluminum housing with an IP64 rating and integrated cooling to ensure reliable operation in industrial environments. Compatible with a wide range of UV-reflected light fiber optics and optical frontends, it offers flexibility for various inspection, sorting, and detection applications.
