The FIA-L-08-d0.2-...-P-RL is a compact fork light barrier sensor with an integrated amplifier, designed for high-speed object detection in industrial automation environments. It features a visible red Class 1 laser (680 nm) with a fine 0.2 mm beam diameter and a typical switching frequency of 50 kHz, enabling detection of objects as small as 0.2 mm with high repeatability (±5 µm). Its rugged aluminum housing (IP67 rated) and scratch-resistant optics make it well-suited for use in dusty, high-interference, or light-intensive environments such as packaging, label detection, or component positioning. The sensor includes dual switching outputs (PNP/NPN, both normally open and normally closed), a yellow LED status indicator, and connects via a 4-pole M8 connector. Multiple fork sizes are available to match application requirements, ranging from 10×15 mm to 60×60 mm fork openings.
