The F-LAS-DC-HS is a high-speed laser fork light barrier featuring a visible, collimated red laser (670 nm, Class 1) with a typical switching frequency of 200 kHz, ideal for precision object detection in fast-moving industrial applications. It operates on 12–32 VDC and includes both analog (0–10V) and digital outputs, with selectable PNP/NPN configurations via the 4-pole M8 connector. Users can configure the unit with various fork sizes (up to 200 mm wide) and aperture options ranging from 0.2 mm round to 3 mm rectangular, depending on sensitivity and resolution needs. The device is housed in a durable, anodized aluminum enclosure (IP67 rated) and offers optional threshold correction (TC) and adjustable gain or comparator threshold via an integrated potentiometer. Operating temperatures range from -4°F to 122°F (-20°C to +50°C), making it suitable for demanding environments.
