The L-LAS-TB-6-AL is a high-resolution laser line sensor system designed for precision measurement applications, comprising a transmitter (T-AL) and a receiver (R-AL). It uses a 670 nm Class 1 visible semiconductor laser with a line size of approximately 9.5 mm x 1.5 mm and operates safely under normal conditions without requiring additional protective measures. The system offers a typical measuring range of 6.4 mm with resolution as fine as 2 μm in Normal Speed mode and 4 μm in Fast Speed mode, with a maximum working distance of 2000 mm between transmitter and receiver. Output options include 0–10 V or 4–20 mA analog signals, alongside three configurable digital outputs (PNP or NPN) and two digital inputs, all of which are adjustable via the Windows-based L-LAS-TB-Scope V5.0 software. LED indicators on the receiver signal whether the measured value is above, below, or within the defined tolerance band, and the housing is made of black anodized aluminum with IP67 protection at the optics level and IP54 for electronics. The system integrates easily with PCs and PLCs via RS232, USB, or Ethernet, and supports a variety of mounting configurations, including optional blast air protection units (ABL-TB-6-CL) and mounting plates (TRA-L-LAS-TB-CL-Lxxx).
