Product Description

The L-LAS-TB-16x1-AL is a high-precision laser line sensor system consisting of a transmitter and receiver, designed for non-contact measurement tasks. It operates using a 670 nm Class 1 visible red laser with an output power of less than 0.39 mW and features a measuring range of 16 mm with resolution down to 8 μm in Normal Speed mode. The system supports scan frequencies up to 5 kHz and offers digital (PNP/NPN configurable) and analog (0–10V or 4–20 mA) outputs, as well as an RS232 interface with optional USB or Ethernet converters. The receiver uses a CCD line detector with 256 pixels and 2048 subpixels for detailed profiling and includes a software-adjustable interference filter (RG645). Both units are housed in anodized black aluminum, rated IP54 (electronics) and IP67 (optics), and are operable between 14°F and 122°F (−10°C to +50°C). Configuration and visualization are handled through Windows® software (L-LAS-TB-Scope V5.0), allowing adjustments like laser power, tolerance thresholds, and output polarity.
